Event Management System

The Event Management System provides a complete solution for organizing and managing conferences, courses, and forums, from participant registration all the way to the issuance of attendance certificates. A dedicated registration link is created for each event, including the full name (three-part), email address, specialization, and city. Once registration is complete, the participant receives a confirmation message by email containing a personal QR Code, which is used throughout the entire participation journey — from confirming attendance ahead of the event to checking in by scanning the QR Code upon arrival — while tracking each participant's status (registered – confirmed – attended – did not attend). After the event concludes, an evaluation form is sent to the participant, and upon completion, they are automatically redirected to an external link to issue or download their attendance certificate. The system also provides a real-time dashboard displaying the number of registrants, the number of actual attendees, the number who confirmed attendance but did not attend, the breakdown of participants by specialization and city, the number of certificates issued, the event duration, and the approximate number of visitors and participants. It can be used to manage events for associations and other organizations.
